Hello,

I am Terry Booker and I am a candidate for the office of Cooper County Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Deeds.

It would be a great honor and privilege to serve the citizens of Cooper County, where I was born and raised, as your Circuit Clerk.  My commitment to you is to provide easier access and prompt courteous service to the citizens and the court.  Many of you may know me from the Associate Circuit Clerks office where I was the supervisor prior to court consolidation. 

I am no stranger to the office of Circuit Clerk.  I have worked in a clerk’s capacity within the court system for over 27 years.  The Associate Division Clerks office for over 22 years, most of which I was the Chief Division Clerk.  I am currently employed by the Boone County Circuit Clerk.  I am a founding member of the Missouri Professional Association of Court Clerks and was the first vice-president of the organization.
